- Delivery times include WhatsApp verification. The clock starts when your content is with us and Meta has verified your business. That check is Meta’s, and it can take days.
- A fair monthly allowance. Each plan includes a number of conversations. Go over and the extra is billed at a fixed rate. No customer is ever cut off mid-chat.

Do I need to know anything about computers?
No. If you can send a WhatsApp message, you can work with us.
Do I get my deposit back if I don't like the first draft?
Yes. Tell us within 3 days of receiving the first draft that it is not for you, and we refund your deposit by M-Pesa within 3 working days. The refund covers the first draft only. If we registered a domain for you, its registration fee cannot be returned, and the address stays yours. If you would rather have it changed, we change it.
Who owns the website?
You do. The address is registered in your business name and we hand over every login.
Can you redo my old website?
Yes. Send us the link and we'll quote a redesign at the same prices.
Do you only work in Kisumu?
We're based in Kisumu and work with businesses anywhere in Kenya. Everything happens over WhatsApp.
How much does a chat assistant cost?
Each assistant has a one-time setup price and a monthly retainer, and the prices above are for adding one to a website we build or look after. If you already have a site, we build the assistant on its own for a higher setup price. We quote it after a paid scoping session, and that fee is credited against the build.
How long does an assistant take?
About 2 to 3 weeks for an Assistant, 4 to 6 for Orders & Bookings, and 6 to 10 for a 24/7 Agent. The clock starts when your content is with us and your WhatsApp business account is verified. Meta does that check, not us, and it can take a few days or longer.
What counts as a conversation?
One customer's chat with your assistant within 24 hours, however many messages it holds. The plans include 1,000, 3,000 and 6,000 a month. We tell you when you reach 80%. Extra conversations are billed the next month at KES 8, 12 or 15 each, and no customer is ever cut off mid-chat. If you prefer a hard monthly limit, we set one. Unused conversations do not roll over.
Who pays for WhatsApp and the AI?
The AI usage inside your plan's allowance is covered by the monthly retainer. WhatsApp's own message fees are charged by Meta directly to your business, and we show you the current rates before you start.
How do I pay for an assistant, and can I get the deposit back?
You pay 50% to start and 50% when you approve it, or 40%, 30% and 30% for a 24/7 Agent. For an Assistant the deposit is refundable if the working demo misses the checklist we agreed together. For the other two it is refundable until you sign off the scoping document, and committed once the build starts. The retainer runs for at least 3 months, then month to month.
